ACAR in its more than 20 year of history, brings together artists, craftsmen and local designers from El Born I La Ribera, The central hip barrio of Barcleona who share their art and dedication working in the small streets between Sta Maria del Mar, Princesa, Montcada and Argenteria streets.
Discover our ateliers and workshops dedicated to the arts and design or traditional and innovative crafts situated in the very centre of the old town, a place full of history and the cradle of artisans and crafts shops.
ACAR unites different trades and crafts ateliers where we give birth to unique and special handmade items and goods.

Market in Argenteria Street
We organized our fist market on Argenteria street in 1998 to give better visibility of the shops and ateliers located in the small streets or the neighbourhood and following the patron saint of the gold smiths and artisans St Eloi.
In the pas we have participated in many fiestas and happenings in the barrio del Born and the old town of Barcelona.
